I’m not touring as much as I used to for a few reasons so I apologize if I’m not back near you yet but I am trying. As some of you know my wife is a cancer survivor now and we are really committed to sharing more of out time together. I will be coming to Connecticut, Maine, Massachusets and Detroit in September. In the mid-1970s I began my residence in the Marina District [Chestnut Street] of SF and beginning with the first time I saw you at nearby Cobb's Comedy Club during your commodious double-breasted suit and biblical-length hair phase, you clearly were a supremely intelligent, insightful, and gifted comedian, finding humor in yard-sales and rubber tire remnants left on the highway.
